  • 1/2 Green Chilies, Finely Chopped

  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Soak moong dal in water for 2-3 hours.
  • STEP 2.Drain the water and grind the moong dal into a smooth batter.
  • STEP 3.Add grated paneer, chopped onions, green chilies, ginger, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, and salt to the batter.
  • STEP 4.Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
  • STEP 5.Heat a non-stick tawa and pour a ladleful of the batter onto it.
  • STEP 6.Spread the batter in a circular motion to form a thin pancake.
  • STEP 7.Cook on medium heat until the bottom side is golden brown.
  • STEP 8.Flip the chilla and cook the other side until golden brown.
  • STEP 9.Serve hot with chutney or yogurt.
