Ingredients for Moong daal vadi Recipe

  • 1/5 cup Soaked mung dal
  • A Few Green chilli
  • 1/5 tsp Salt
  • A Pinch Pinch baking salt
  • 1/5 tsp Each ginger garlic paste

Directions: Moong Daal Vadi Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl mixed the paste of mung dal grinded in mixture jar without a water
  • STEP 2.Crushed fine paste and mix with salt and ginger garlic and chilli paste all as per your taste
  • STEP 3.Then heat the oil in Kadai and in low to medium flame fry till it becomes crispy and brown in colour and served hot with tea or sauce or coffee.
