Simply souful food of my family is moong curry which are regular dish of my kitchen . I made it little spicy and sour by adding thick buttermilk and regular spices.

- 1/2 Chopped Onion
- 1/2 tablespoon Crushed chilli, ginger and garlic

- 1/2 Dry red chilli
- 1.75-2 Curry leaves
- 0.13 teaspoon Asafoetida
- 0.06 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/4 tablespoon Red chilli powder
- 1/2 tablespoon Dry coriander powder
