  • STEP 1.Wash and peel the radish. Grate it and squeeze out the excess water.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, and asafoetida. Let them splutter.
  • STEP 3.Add grated radish, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  • STEP 4.Cook the mixture on low heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
