Ingredients for Moog-Nasur Dal Recipe

  • 30 gram Moong dal
  • 70 gram Masoor Dal
  • 60 gram Tomato chunks
  • 2 piece Slit green chilies
  • 8 gram Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1 piece Bay leaves
  • 2 piece Dried red chilies
  • 1/2 teaspoon Panch phoron
  • 8 gram Salt
  • 12 gram Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • As required Mustard oil

Directions: Moog-nasur Dal Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Wash and rise the dal in a pan

step 2

  • STEP 2.Add tomato,salt and water

step 3

  • STEP 3.Boil on medium heat 15mins

step 4

  • STEP 4.Heat mustard oil in a pan

step 5

  • STEP 5.Add the dried red chilies and bay leaves

step 6

  • STEP 6.Add the green chilies and panch phoran

step 7

  • STEP 7.Add the boiled dal

step 8

  • STEP 8.Add sugar

step 9

  • STEP 9.Heat for 2 mins

step 10

  • STEP 10.Add chopped coriander leaves

step 11

  • STEP 11.Serve it with dal
