This dish is called lime pork, but its more like tender pork sliced drenched in a spicy garlic lime dressing, served with fresh crunchy vegetables, and topped with mint leaves. An Asian dish made with a lot many flavourful ingredients and some healthy vegetables a long with pork which is loved by everyone.

Ingredients for Moo Manao Recipe

  • As required For Moo Manao
  • 200 gram pork, loin or butt
  • 2 teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 3 tablespoon Water
  • 2 teaspoon Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 As required 2 Thai chilies
  • 1.50 tablespoon palm sugar
  • 3 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 2 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 4 sprig 5 cilantro
  • 2 cup shredded cabbage
  • As required Some crunchy fresh veg of your choice
  • sprig A few mint

Directions: Moo Manao Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Marinate the pork mix pork with a condiment, water, and oil and blend well. Add starch and blend well, and let steep for a minimum of twenty minutes.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Make the dressing in a mortar and pestle by pounding garlic and chilies into a paste. Add palm sugar and pound till it gets completely dissolved. Add fish sauce and juice to it and stir to combine.

step 3

  • STEP 1.Cook the pork by bringing the water to a boil and prepare an enormous bowl of hot water and blanch the pork with it by placing the pork on a mesh rack.

step 4

  • STEP 1.Remove the pork from the water, wash it thoroughly and drain well.

step 5

  • STEP 1.Plate place the pork on prime of the cabbage in one layer, then spoon the dressing equally over the pork. Prime with mint leaves and serve with an aspect of veggies and revel in it.
