  • 0.19 teaspoon Minced garlic, divided
  • 0.13 cup Sliced Carrots
  • 1/4 can Beef broth
  • 0.13 teaspoon Minced fresh gingerroot
  • 1/4 pound Boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into 2 1/2 inch x 1/4 inch strips
