Ingredients for Mongo shirkand Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Fresh mango pulp
  • 3/4 cups Hung yogurt
  • 0.13 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1/4 g Of green cardamom powder
  • 1/2 tablespoons 2-3 tablespoons

Directions: Mongo Shirkand Recipe

  • STEP 1.Place yoghurt in the bowl
  • STEP 2.Add powdered sugar, green cardamon powder, 1/2 the nuts and mano pulp abd whisk well ,till well blended.
  • STEP 3.Refrigerator for 30-45 mts
  • STEP 4.Transfer into the bowl & served chilled
  • STEP 5.garnished with remaining nuts.
