Ingredients for Momos chutney Recipe

  • 0.67 Cup Tomatoes
  • 1.33 g 4-5 cloves of g
  • 0.33 tsp ¼ tsp
  • 0.33 tsp Sugar
  • 0.33 tsp Vinegar
  • to taste Salt

Directions: Momos Chutney Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil tomatoes and dry red chilli in pan with 2 cups water.
  • STEP 2.Let them boil for 5-6 minutes till the skin of tomato starts peeling off.
  • STEP 3.Turn off the flame and drain the excess water from it.
  • STEP 4.Let them cool and then peel the skin of tomatoes.
  • STEP 5.Transfer the peeled tomato and red chilli in ginder.
  • STEP 6.Add garlic cloves, pepper powder, sugar, vinegar and salt.
  • STEP 7.Grind to the smooth puree.
  • STEP 8.Remove in the serving bowl and serve with hot Momos.
