How to Make Momos Chutney Recipe

STEP 01

Boil tomatoes and dry red chilli in pan with 2 cups water.

STEP 02

Let them boil for 5-6 minutes till the skin of tomato starts peeling off.

STEP 03

Turn off the flame and drain the excess water from it.

STEP 04

Let them cool and then peel the skin of tomatoes.

STEP 05

Transfer the peeled tomato and red chilli in ginder.

STEP 06

Add garlic cloves, pepper powder, sugar, vinegar and salt.

STEP 07

Grind to the smooth puree.

STEP 08

Remove in the serving bowl and serve with hot Momos.
