Ingredients for momoj Recipe

  • 0.33 g big cabbage
  • 0.67 Tsp Tea spoon salt
  • 0.33 Pieces Carrot
  • 0.17 inch ginger (finely chopped)
  • 66.67 gm Refined flour

Directions: Momoj Recipe

  • STEP 1.Grate cabbage in a big bowl and sprinkal salt on it. And keep it aside for half an hour
  • STEP 2.Now mix black pepper, carrot, ginger, green chilly and grated ginger in the squeezed mixture.
  • STEP 3.Take a another bowl and make a simple and smooth dough of refined flour.
  • STEP 4.Make small balls from the dough and make small size of chapati from it.
  • STEP 5.Now put the mixture in that chapati and fold it as your convenience.
  • STEP 6.Steam cook them for at least 15 to 20 min.
