  • STEP 1.In a blender, blend together spinach, cilantro, mint, green chili, and ginger to make a smooth paste.
  • STEP 2.In a mixing bowl, combine the spinach paste with ground chicken, onion, garlic, soy sauce, and salt.
  • STEP 3.Take a momo wrapper and place a spoonful of the filling in the center. Fold the wrapper in half and pleat the edges to seal the momo.
  • STEP 4.Steam the momos in a steamer for about 10-12 minutes or until cooked through.
  • STEP 5.Serve the momo hariyaali hot with a spicy tomato chutney or soy sauce for dipping.
