  • 8 No.s whiting fillets
  • As required Extra virgin olive oil
  • As required Red chillies
  • As required Molho cru
  • 6 No.s garlic cloves
  • 1 No.s red onion
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 0.33 cup Lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Parsley

Directions: Molho Cru Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.For molho cru, place the garlic, onion, oils, juice and parsley in a bowl. Season to taste and mix together.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Preheat a flat plate on a greased barbeque to high. Place fillets on the oven tray and drizzle oil.turn the heat lower and fish is ready in 4 minutes.

step 3

  • STEP 2.Drizzle over molho cru and some red chilli to serve.
