Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a saucepan, combine tequila, lime juice, orange liqueur, and sugar. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
  • STEP 2.Remove from heat and sprinkle gelatin over the mixture. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
  • STEP 3.Pour the mixture into individual molds or a large mold. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
