Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Prepare the banana flower by removing the outer layers and chopping the inner florets.
  • STEP 2.Soak the chopped banana flower in water with a little bit of salt and turmeric to remove any bitterness.
  • STEP 3.Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds, bay leaves, and dry red chilies. Fry until fragrant.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped onions and saut茅 until golden brown.
  • STEP 5.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until the raw smell disappears.
