  • 200 gram mocha flowers
  • 13 gram total salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 15 gram brown mustard
  • 15 gram yellow mustard
  • 5 piece green chillies
  • 40 gram Coconut
  • 10 gram Sugar
  • 50 gram total mustard oil
  • 200 gram brinjal
  • 1/4 teaspoon kaalo jeere
  • 2 piece dried red chillies

  • STEP 1.Cook the mocha with salt ,turmeric and water

  • STEP 2.Drain the water

  • STEP 3.Cut the brinjal

  • STEP 4.Soak and grind the mustard seeds with green chilies, salt and water

  • STEP 5.Chop the coconut and paste with the mustard seeds

  • STEP 6.Mix the paste with the steamed mocha

  • STEP 7.Heat mustard oil in the pan

  • STEP 8.Fry the brinjals with salt and set aside
