  • 2.75 Chillies
  • 1/4 cup Yogurt
  • 0.13 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.06 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Chopped Coriander Leaves

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Slit the green chillies lengthwise, remove the seeds, and keep them aside.
  • STEP 2.In a bowl, mix together yogurt, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, and coriander leaves.
  • STEP 3.Stuff the green chillies with the yogurt mixture and marinate them for at least 30 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the stuffed chillies until they turn golden brown.
  • STEP 5.Serve the Moar Milagai or Dahi Mirchi as a side dish or appetizer.

Cooking Tips

  • Choose fresh and medium-sized green chillies for best results.
  • Adjust the spice level according to your preference by adding more or less red chilli powder.
