Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  • STEP 2.Once the cumin seeds splutter, add chopped onions and saut茅 until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste and saut茅 for a minute.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  • STEP 5.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 6.Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for a few minutes.
  • STEP 7.Cover the pan and cook on low heat until the vegetables are tender.
