  • STEP 1.Start by preparing the vegetables. Chop them into small pieces and blanch them in boiling water for a few minutes.
  • STEP 2.In a mixing bowl, combine the blanched vegetables with breadcrumbs, cornflour, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well to form a thick mixture.
  • STEP 3.Divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into kebabs. You can use skewers or shape them into patties.
