Directions: Mixed Vegetable Curry In Dhaba Style Recipe

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, cloves, and cinnamon stick. Let them splutter.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. Then, add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and oil starts to separate.
  • STEP 4.Add mixed vegetables like carrots, potatoes, beans, peas, and cauliflower. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 5.Add water and cover the pan. Let the vegetables cook until tender.
  • STEP 6.Once the vegetables are cooked, add garam masala powder and kasuri methi. Mix well and simmer for a few minutes.
