This is a south indian dish which i made with a little twist . Here i used three types of dal instead only one dal. This is a good source of protein which will make your stomach full for the longer period.

  • 0.60 tablespoon Chana Dal
  • As required salt as per the taste
  • 1/5 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • As required oil for deep fry
  • As required water as per the requirement
  • 0.80 green chilies
  • 1/10 cup coriander leaves
  • 1.60-2 Curry Leaves
  • 0.40 tablespoon semolina if required
  • 1/5 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/5 teaspoon powdered asafoetida
  • 0.60 tablespoon chopped onions
