STEP 1.Cut the veggies nicely and heat the oil in a pan.
STEP 2.saute the veggies add salt and turmeric powder.cover it to get the veggies soft.
STEP 3.f now add ginger garlic and chilli powder mix well.
STEP 4.fry the sugar and fry vegetables and serve.
