  • 1/2 tablespoons suji
  • 1/4 tablespoon Gram flour
  • 1/4 Tbsp finely chopped vegetables(cauliflower
  • 1/4 tablespoon Beans
  • 1/4 teaspoon maggi masala e magic
  • 1/4 Cup Oil for frying

Directions: Mix Vegetable Suji Fritters Recipe

  • STEP 1.First take a bowl and mix all ingredients except oil and water.
  • STEP 2.Now adding little water at a time, make mixture like bhajiyas.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil and drop little mixture at a time to make fritters.
  • STEP 4.Fry these fritters at medium flame. Keep flipping. Cook till fritters became crisp and golden in colour.
  • STEP 5.Serve ready suji fritters with sauce of your choice.
  • STEP 6.Yummy, delicious, instant and healthy fritters are ready to enjoy.
