STEP 1.Soak moong daal for atleast 15mins also dry roast the oats for a while.
STEP 2.Now in a pressure cooker heat oil or ghee , add cumin seeds and let them crackle.
STEP 3.Now add onion and fry on medium heat until light golden
STEP 4.Next to add tomatoes, green chilli , all chopped veggies and mix well.
STEP 5.Add all dry spices and also add as required water and stir well.
STEP 6.Clise the lid and cook for 3-4 whistle .
STEP 7.Let the pressure release by itself.
STEP 8.Open the lid add some fresh coriander leaves chopped and serve.
