Ingredients for Mix vegetable Oats khichdi Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Oats
  • 0.13 cup moong dal
  • 1/4 Pieces Onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 Pieces Tomato chopped
  • 0.13 Pieces capsicum chopped
  • 0.13 cup Green peas
  • 1/4 Pieces Carrot chopped
  • 1/4 A Handful Methi leaves
  • 1/4 g reen chilli chopped
  • 0.06 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.13 tsp Red chilli powder
  • To Taste salt as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tbsp ghee desi
  • 1/2 cup 2-3 cup

Directions: Mix Vegetable Oats Khichdi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Soak moong daal for atleast 15mins also dry roast the oats for a while.
  • STEP 2.Now in a pressure cooker heat oil or ghee , add cumin seeds and let them crackle.
  • STEP 3.Now add onion and fry on medium heat until light golden
  • STEP 4.Next to add tomatoes, green chilli , all chopped veggies and mix well.
  • STEP 5.Add all dry spices and also add as required water and stir well.
  • STEP 6.Clise the lid and cook for 3-4 whistle .
  • STEP 7.Let the pressure release by itself.
  • STEP 8.Open the lid add some fresh coriander leaves chopped and serve.
