  • 0.67 Cups Ingredients
  • 0.33 cup Sooji
  • A Handful Grated carrot
  • 0.33 Cup capiscum
  • 0.33 cup Onion
  • as required Curd
  • 0.67 Tbsp Salt as required/taste wise
  • 0.33 tsp 7
  • 0.08 tsp Chilli powder
  • 0.17 tsp Haldi
  • 0.17 tsp Curry powder
  • As Required Garam masala

Directions: Mix Veg Sooji Uttapam Recipe

  • STEP 1.👉take a bowl add sooji ,salt ,soda and mix it by adding curd then add little water to make batter and keep it for 30 min .
  • STEP 2.👉then cut all the vegetables and keep it.
  • STEP 3.👉Then put a pan in gas add little oil and spread it take little batter and put it after that pour the mix vegis in upper part of batter and cover it and cook it for 10 min at low flame.
