Ingredients for Mix veg sooji cutlet Recipe

  • 1/4 Cup Potato
  • 1/4 Cup Cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup Peas
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Chilli powder
  • As Required Haldi a bit
  • 3/4 Cups Sooji
  • as required Salt
  • 1 Cup Oil for frying

Directions: Mix Veg Sooji Cutlet Recipe

  • STEP 1.Put a kadhai by adding water and salt in it when it stars boiling add sooji in it and mix properly.
  • STEP 2.Then add all the vegetables along with spiceses in that boil sooji and make a fine dough .
  • STEP 3.Put a pan in gas add oil in it for frying
  • STEP 4.Take small amount of that mixture and make circle shape and deep fry it and your mix veg sooji fried cutlet was ready.
