As we all know that winter is full of veggis so here i am making mix veg sooji cutlet, Many vegatebles are added un these cutlet to make it healtier and tastier .
STEP 1.Put a kadhai by adding water and salt in it when it stars boiling add sooji in it and mix properly.
STEP 2.Then add all the vegetables along with spiceses in that boil sooji and make a fine dough .
STEP 3.Put a pan in gas add oil in it for frying
STEP 4.Take small amount of that mixture and make circle shape and deep fry it and your mix veg sooji fried cutlet was ready.
