Ingredients for Mix veg Manchurian Recipe

  • 1/4 Kg Cabbage
  • 1/4 Pieces Carrot
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.13 tsp Red chili powder
  • 0.06 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 3/4 tbsp Corn flour
  • 3/4 tsp Flour
  • as required Oil for frying
  • 1/2 tsp Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Finely chopped garlic
  • 1/4 Pieces Capsicum Finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Cabbage chopped
  • 1/4 Pieces Onion chopped
  • 1/4 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Red chilli sauce
  • 1/4 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Corn flour
  • 1/4 tbsp green onion leaves chopped

Directions: Mix Veg Manchurian Recipe

  • STEP 1.Grate the cabbage and carrot finely.
  • STEP 2.Now in a mixing bowl add grated cabbage, carrot, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, garam masala powder, all purpose flour and cornflour and mix them all well.
  • STEP 3.Now make small balls out of the prepared mixture. Meanwhile, keep the oil in the pan for heating, after the oil becomes medium hot, add the prepared vegetable balls and fry all the Manchurian balls till they become golden.
  • STEP 4.Now heat oil in a pan, add finely chopped garlic and stir, now add onion, capsicum and cabbage and cook on high flame for 2 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Now add salt and pepper powder and mix. Add all the sausages - tomato sauce, red chilli sauce, soy sauce and vinegar and mix.
  • STEP 6.Now prepare a solution by adding corn flour and some water in a bowl. Add the prepared corn flour solution to the gravy and mix it while stirring continuously. Add little water as required and mix.
  • STEP 7.After some time turn off the flame and garnish with green onions and serve.
