Directions: Mix Veg Curry In Coconut Milk Recipe

  • STEP 1.First, heat oil in a kadhai. Add mustard, cumin seeds, all whole spices...then add curry leaves, hing and saute well. Then add onions nd saute well..
  • STEP 2.Now add potatoes,carrots, beans, capsicums, peas and mix well. Add Chilli powder, garam masala powder, required salt and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Then add 1/2 cup hot water and cook till soft. Now add tomatoes and cook till they are soft..
