  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1/4 cup Grated Cheese
  • as required Oil

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute. Then, add chopped vegetables like potatoes, peas, carrots, and corn.
  • STEP 3.Add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and mix well. Cook the vegetables until they are soft and cooked through.
  • STEP 4.Remove from heat and let the mixture cool down. Then, add grated cheese and mix well.
  • STEP 5.Take samosa wrappers and fill them with the vegetable-cheese mixture. Seal the edges with water to form a triangle shape.
  • STEP 6.Deep fry the samosas in hot oil until they turn golden brown and crispy.
