Cheese is all time favourite to kids.
Aloo Paratha is the layered flatbread made with Wheat flour stuffed with potatoes veggies and cheese which is the best North Indian dish served as breakfast or in any meal.
STEP 1.Take a vessel add Wheat flour, oil, salt, and water and bind semi-soft dough and rest for 25mins.
Grate the cheese.
STEP 2.Now Peel off the skin of potatoes mash them add all the spices and lastly coriander leaves and mix them well and keep them aside.
STEP 3.Now take a small portion of dough and start rolling into small Paratha and add 1.5tsp of potato mixture ball, grated cheese and close the ends of the paratha and dust some dry dough and again roll them.
STEP 4.Peel off the potatoes .mash them add all the spices,chooped onion, capsicum,cabbage and lastly coriander leaves and mix them well and keep them aside.
STEP 5.Now take a small portion of dough then start rolling into small paratha and add spoon of potato mixture ball, grated cheese and close the ends of the paratha and dust some dry dough and again roll them.
STEP 6.Roast them in tawa with butter in golden color. Serve them withplain curd, raita and chutneys or ketchup .
