Ingredients for Mix veg Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Chopped potato
  • 0.13 cup Chopped carrot
  • 0.13 cup Cabbage chopped
  • 0.13 cup Chopped cauliflower
  • 0.13 cup capsicum chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp Coriander powder
  • 0.13 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.13 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp Chopped ginger
  • 1/4 tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds

Directions: Mix Veg Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat oil into the kadhai, saute cumin seeds, and Ginger.
  • STEP 2.Further add spice and add all vegetables.
  • STEP 3.And cover with lid and stirr in mid.
  • STEP 4.Cook until vegetable becomes cooked.
  • STEP 5.Ready mix veg serve with chapati or paratha.
