Ingredients for mix daal Recipe

  • 125 gm moong masur daal
  • 125 gm hari moong dal
  • as required water
  • 1/2 Pieces Onion
  • 4 g 8-9 g
  • 1 Pieces Tomatoes
  • 2.50 g reen chillies
  • 1/2 Tsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 1/2 Tsp As per taste Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Deggi mirch powder
  • 1/4 tablespoon Turmeric powder

Directions: Mix Daal Recipe

  • STEP 1.Chopped the onion
  • STEP 2.Grind the garlic, green chillies and tomatoes
  • STEP 3.Take cooker of 3 ltr, fill with 1/2 of water
  • STEP 4.Add all pulses in it, salt and turmeric powder in it
  • STEP 5.Wait for 4 whistles and open it after release all pressure
  • STEP 6.Take a pan for dal tadka
  • STEP 7.Add oil in it
  • STEP 8.After heating it, add ginger paste in it,only after 1 minute add chopped onion in it
  • STEP 9.Add red chilli powder and deggi mirch powder in it
  • STEP 10.Take a good boil and add it in daal
  • STEP 11.Garnish with coriander leaves
