Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • STEP 2.In a small bowl, whisk together the miso paste, soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
  • STEP 3.Place the tofu cubes in a shallow dish and pour the miso glaze over them. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
