Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 375掳F and line a baking sheet with foil.
  • STEP 2.In a bowl, whisk together the miso paste, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil to make the marinade.
  • STEP 3.Place the pork ribs in a large ziplock bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best flavor.
  • STEP 4.Remove the ribs from the marinade, reserving the marinade for basting.
  • STEP 5.Place the ribs on the prepared baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 6.Brush the ribs with the reserved marinade and continue roasting for another 15-20 minutes, or until the ribs are caramelized and cooked through.
  • STEP 7.Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving. Serve with steamed rice and vegetables.

Cooking Tips

  • You can also grill the ribs instead of roasting them in the oven for a smoky flavor.
  • Make sure to baste the ribs with the marinade every 10 minutes for a more intense flavor.
  • Garnish the ribs with sesame seeds and chopped green onions for added visual appeal.

Storage and Serving

  • These miso-glazed pork ribs are best served fresh and hot.
  • If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat the ribs in the oven or microwave until warmed through before serving.
