Misal pav is a popular Maharashtrian street food of usal (sprouts curry) topped with onions, tomatoes, farsan (fried savory mixture), lemon juice, coriander leaves and served with a side of soft pav (Indian dinner rolls). The sprouts curry is made from moth bean sprouts.

  • 1/2 cup Besan
  • 1.50 cup Matki
  • 0.40 g tps garlic
  • 2 Tsp tps red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 Tsp tps haldi powder
  • 2.50 cup water
  • As Required salt as per taste

Directions: Misal Pav Recipe

  • STEP 1.1) Take matki add haldi n salt an boil it
  • STEP 2.2) Take garlic grind it
  • STEP 3.3) Take besan add water n grind it
  • STEP 4.4) Take kadai add oil n garlic
  • STEP 5.5)Keep till garlic truns red
  • STEP 6.6) Add red chilli powder, salt, besan (grinded), matki, water 7) Add haldi powder, garam masala 8) Mix well keep till it boils 9) Add coriander leaves 10 ) An your yummy n tasty misal is ready to serve
