Ingredients for Misal Cheese Brust ( Airfryer) Recipe
2 pieces medium size round burgers/ dabeli breads/ Pav
3/4 cup spicy misal curry
1/4 cup spicy noodles
1/4 tbsp Misal masala powder
0.13 cup namkeen/ mix farshan
1/4 cup white cheese sauce
as required leaves Finely chopped fresh coriander
Directions: Misal Cheese Brust ( Airfryer) Recipe
STEP 1.Make holes in center of burger/ dabeli breads/ Pav by scooping it..as shown. Apply butter inside and outside. Bake in preheated oven or in Airfryer for 4-5 mins at 180 C.
STEP 2.Add 2 tbsp of spicy noodles mixture in each holes..
STEP 3.Now add 1 tbsp of namkeen / mix farshan
STEP 4.On it pour laddleful of hot misal curry.
STEP 5.On it pour hot white cheese sauce..
STEP 6.Serve Misal Cheese Burst garnishing with finely chopped fresh coriander leaves.
STEP 7.To make spicy noodles mixture..fry 1 pkt(100 gm)Maggi noodles in hot oil,till crispy & golden brown on slow flame.
STEP 8.Add this fried noodles in nonstick pan add 1 tbsp misal masala and 1/4 cup of water, mix and cook till all water is absorbed.. keep aside.
STEP 9.To make white cheese sauce,add / melt 2 tbsp butter,add 2 tbsp white corn flour, mix and roast for 2-3 mins,add 1 cup of milk,mix, stirring continuously so no lumps are formed.As the mixture thickens,off the flame,add 1/2 cup grated cheese,mix and churn the mixture with hand blender to get smooth paste. Keep aside. Tip: Here we need more gravy of misal..so add more water,& less lentils for misal curry.
