Ingredients for Mirchi bhajya Recipe

  • 1.50 nos large green chillies
  • 1/4 nos potato boiled....basic masalas to mix in smashed and boiled potato ..
  • As required Gram flour and oil to fry

Directions: Mirchi Bhajya Recipe

  • STEP 1.First wash green chillies and soak in salt water fr 10min
  • STEP 2.In means time make potato masala ..smash potato add salt .green chillies amchur powder
  • STEP 3.Corinder powder ..dhanya..little grammasala mix and keep aside now make batter of gram flour..
  • STEP 4.Take one cup gramflour add salt punch hing ..and soda. Mix with water make thick batter
  • STEP 5.Now take chillies wipe with tnapkin cut slit in middle and fill with potato mixture
  • STEP 6.Now heat oil fr frying
  • STEP 7.Dip mirchies one by one and fry in medium flame
  • STEP 8.Serve with fhutney
  • STEP 9.Deep fry
