STEP 1.First wash green chillies and soak in salt water fr 10min
STEP 2.In means time make potato masala ..smash potato add salt .green chillies amchur powder
STEP 3.Corinder powder ..dhanya..little grammasala mix and keep aside now make batter of gram flour..
STEP 4.Take one cup gramflour add salt punch hing ..and soda. Mix with water make thick batter
STEP 5.Now take chillies wipe with tnapkin cut slit in middle and fill with potato mixture
STEP 6.Now heat oil fr frying
STEP 7.Dip mirchies one by one and fry in medium flame
STEP 8.Serve with fhutney
STEP 9.Deep fry
