  • 1/5 cup Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 1/5 cup Fresh Coriander Leaves
  • 1/2 En Chilies
  • 1/5 inch Ginger
  • 0.90 Lic Cloves
  • 0.40 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/5 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/5 Juice Lemon

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Wash and soak the rice for 30 minutes. Drain the water and keep aside.
  • STEP 2.In a blender, blend together mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, ginger, and garlic to make a smooth paste.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add the mint-coriander paste and sauté for a minute.
  • STEP 4.Add the soaked rice and mix well. Add water, salt, and lemon juice. Cover and cook until the rice is cooked and fluffy.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
