Ingredients for Mini uttapam Recipe

  • 1 cup Dosa batter
  • 1/4 cup Chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup Chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Chopped capsicum
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 Litre as needed

Directions: Mini Uttapam Recipe

  • STEP 1.Now heat a dosa tawa, then pour batter now spread all chopped veggies then press each toppings using a spoon gently so that they stick to the batter perfectly.
  • STEP 2.2 Drizzle little oil and allow to cook the bottom of mini uttapam next carefully filp the uttapam and cook till all the toppings are well done.
  • STEP 3.Transfer to the serving plate and serve with any chutney.
