  • 40 Nos frozen spring roll skin
  • 100 gram pork floss
  • 1 Nos egg
  • As required Oil

Directions: Mini Spring Rolls With Chicken Floss Recipe

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Cut each spring roll wrappers into 4 pieces.
  • STEP 2.Place the cut wrappers on a flat surface and fill with 1 tsp of chicken floss at the centre of each wrappers.
  • STEP 3.Fold them and seal the edges with egg wash
  • STEP 4.Add enough oil in a pan for frying & heat it.
  • STEP 5.Now place the stuffed mini rolls and fry them until golden brown
  • STEP 6.Once fried well, serve them with a condiment on the side.
