How to Make Mini Spring Rolls With Chicken Floss Recipe

Cooking Directions


Cut each spring roll wrappers into 4 pieces.


Place the cut wrappers on a flat surface and fill with 1 tsp of chicken floss at the centre of each wrappers.


Fold them and seal the edges with egg wash


Add enough oil in a pan for frying & heat it.


Now place the stuffed mini rolls and fry them until golden brown


Once fried well, serve them with a condiment on the side.
