Whenever we make dosa batter there is always enough left for the next day. I like to make use of it in various different ways. Today i made mini uttapams by adding tadka of onion and sambar powder.

  • 0.33-1/2 cup Dosa batter
  • 0.17 cup onion .... finely minced
  • 0.17 Green chilli .. finely minced
  • 1/25 cup coriander leaves
  • 0.17 tablespoon Mustard seeds
  • 0.17 pinch Asafoetida
  • 0.17 tablespoon Sambar powder or Podi
  • 1/50 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • As required Salt
  • 0.33 tablespoon oil .... for tadka and extra for making uttapams
