STEP 2.Wash the rice and dal seperately and soak for 4-5 hrs separately.
STEP 3.Then drain the water and wash it again nicely and grind both together by adding very little water..
STEP 4.Wash and soak the poha for 1/2 hr.. Remove the water and grind it to a smooth paste by adding little water.
STEP 5.Add it to the rice and dal batter and mix well for atleast 7-8 mins till everything is well combined.
STEP 6.Cover and keep it overnight atleast for 8-10 hours..
STEP 7.The batter will double in size and become fluffy..
STEP 8.Take some batter in a bowl and add salt to taste and some water and mix well.
STEP 9.The batter should not be watery and not too thick..
STEP 10.Take a nonstick pan and grease it with little oil, and pour some batter and make small uttapams, top it with some boiled corns, chopped coriander and chili flakes.
STEP 11.Press it lightly with spatula.
STEP 12.Cook on medium flame.
STEP 13.Once cooked from bottom apply some oil on top and flip and cook from other side also..
STEP 14.Serve with chutney or tomato ketchup..
