100 g Chicken(boneless)
1/2 Tsp Garlic paste
1/2 Tbsp Chopped onion
1 Tbsp gram flour
1/2 Tsp Rice flour
To Taste Salt
1/2 Tsp green chilli chopped
As Required Turmeric powder
As Required Chilli powder
As Required Garam masala powder
As Required Lemon juice
As Required Refined oil
As Required water

STEP 1.In a mixing bowl add chicken pieces (1 inch cut), lemon juice half teaspoon, chopped onions, chopped green chillies, garlic paste, gram flour, rice flour, half teaspoon turmeric powder,half small spoon chilli powder, half teaspoon garam masala powder, salt according to your taste and little water. Mix all ingredients nicely.
Deep fry chicken in hot oil till golden brown and crisp.
Serve hot.
