Cooking Tips

  • You can use ground turkey or chicken instead of ground beef for a lighter version.
  • Feel free to add other seasonings or herbs to the meat mixture, such as garlic powder or dried thyme.
  • If you don't have cheddar cheese, you can use any other type of cheese that melts well.

Storage and Serving

  • These mini cheddar meatloaves are best served fresh out of the oven.
  • If you have leftovers, you can reheat them in the microwave or oven.
  • Serve them with your favorite side dishes, such as mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a green salad.
