Ingredients for Mini basket chaat Recipe

  • As Required For Katori
  • 1 cup All purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp tea spoon ajwain
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • As Required Water to knead
  • As Required Oil for frying
  • 1/2 cup chana (boiled)
  • 1/2 Cups potato / aloo (boiled & cubed)
  • 0.13 cup Green chutney
  • 1/2 cup Moong sprouts
  • 0.13 cup Paneer diced
  • 1/2 cup Tomato diced
  • 1/4 cup Tamarind chutney
  • 1/2 cup Hungcurd
  • As Required sprinkle roasted jeera powder
  • 1/4 cup sev/ aaloo bhujia
  • 1/4 teaspoon chaat masala for sprinkles
  • As Required Black salt for sprinkles

Directions: Mini Basket Chaat Recipe

  • STEP 1.firstly, prepare maida dough.
  • STEP 2.now pinch a ball sized dough, and flatten it.
  • STEP 3.dust flour as required and roll slightly thick.
  • STEP 4.prick the flattened dough with fork.
  • STEP 5.place a mini bowl and wrap the dough.
  • STEP 6.deep fry in hot oil, till the bowl separates from the dough.
  • STEP 7.now fry the baskets , till it turns golden and keep aside .
  • STEP 8.prepare chaat by assembling katori in a plate.
  • STEP 9.add in 1 tsp boiled chana, 1 tsp boiled and cubed potato, 2 tbsp moong sprouts,tomato, paneer , and mix chilli powder, cumin powder and salt together with all the ingredients.
  • STEP 10.Now fill all the mini baskets with the ready mixed chat and spread hung curd on it , after that sprinkles chaat masala, roasted jeera powder and black salt in it and imli chutney and corriander chutney on it .
  • STEP 11.At last garnish all the baskets with sev or aloo bhujia and serves 🥰🥰🥰
