  • 50 gram Pork loin thinly sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 0.06 teaspoon Ground pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 25 gram Liver
  • 1/4 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 0.06 teaspoon Ground pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon Lard melted. you can use cooking oil/shallot oil

  • As required Crispy lard or use crispy garlic or fried shallots
