  • STEP 2.Pressure cook the soaked millets, lentils, and vegetables with spices and water.
  • STEP 3.Prepare the masala by roasting and grinding the spices.
  • STEP 4.Add the masala to the cooked millets and lentils. Mix well and simmer for a few minutes.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with papad or raita.
