  • 1/10 cup Sugar
  • 1/10 teaspoon Cardamom Powder

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine colostrum milk, regular milk, sugar, cardamom powder, saffron strands, and chopped nuts.
  • STEP 2.Mix well until the sugar is dissolved and the ingredients are well combined.
  • STEP 3.Pour the mixture into individual molds or a large baking dish.
  • STEP 4.Steam the molds or bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30-40 minutes or until set.
  • STEP 5.Remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature. Then refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
  • STEP 6.Once chilled, unmold the pudding and serve chilled.

Cooking Tips

  • If colostrum milk is not available, you can use regular milk or condensed milk.
  • Add nuts of your choice like almonds, pistachios, or cashews for extra crunch and flavor.
  • You can also add a few strands of saffron for a vibrant color and aroma.
