  • 1 teaspoon Citric acid
  • 1 cup Sugar

How to Make Milk Cake Recipe

Boil the milk to reduce, either use high flame to do so otherwise if you

Add this citric acid mixture into the boiling water. If citric acid is not available, you can use lemon juice.

Keep stirring till the milk is well reduced. Add sugar as per your taste.

Keep stirring till its consistency is thick again like a dough.

Add 1 spoon of ghee to the milk. Keep cooking till it thickens its consistency.
