Ingredients for Milk Barfi Recipe

  • 1.50 liter Milk
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1.50 tablespoon Cardamom powder

Directions: Milk Barfi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take 1.5 liter milk and cook it on high flame. Keep cooking till it gets in desired texture.
  • STEP 2.Don't let the texture get sticky.
  • STEP 3.After some time turn the flame to medium. And cook so that the. Milk doesn't burn.

  • STEP 4.T burn. When the desired texture is reached add 1/4th cup of sugar in the dough, add cardamom powder and mix well.
  • STEP 5.Take a spoon and mash the milk mixture to give it a nice taste. Keep mashing for 5-6 minutes.

  • STEP 6.5 now transfer this dough into a plate and sprinkle some dry fruits as per your taste. Now refrigerate it for 1 hour.  cut the meethai into pieces and serve fresh.
