STEP 1.1. In a small pan, add 1 cup water and all the ingredients except honey/jaggery.
STEP 2.2. Boil on low flame for about 7–8 minutes, until it reduces slightly.
STEP 3.3. Strain into a cup and let it cool to lukewarm temperature.
STEP 4.4. Add honey or jaggery for taste once it’s not hot.
STEP 5.5. Serve warm, after meals.
