Ingredients for Mild Kadha for kids Recipe

  • 201 cup Water – ( ml)
  • 7 nos Tulsi (holy basil) leaves – to
  • As required Ginger – ¼ inch piece
  • As required lightly crushed
  • 2 nos Black pepper – (lightly crushed)
  • As required Ajwain (carom seeds) – ¼ tsp
  • As required Cinnamon – ¼ inch piece (optional)
  • As required Turmeric powder – a pinch (optional
  • 4 nos for kids above years)
  • 1 tsp Honey or jaggery – ½ to (add after boiling)

Directions: Mild Kadha For Kids Recipe

  • STEP 1.1. In a small pan, add 1 cup water and all the ingredients except honey/jaggery.
  • STEP 2.2. Boil on low flame for about 7–8 minutes, until it reduces slightly.
  • STEP 3.3. Strain into a cup and let it cool to lukewarm temperature.
  • STEP 4.4. Add honey or jaggery for taste once it’s not hot.
  • STEP 5.5. Serve warm, after meals.
